I have noticed a bunch of (locked) threads pointing out the different stereotypes of different races and creeds.
Is stereotyped humor bad? I mean look at Eddie Murphey he always makes fun of white people and I don't mad or take wrong, I laugh. I mean it is funny because what he says is true but instead of being scared to say he just says it and it is funny. Like him saying the white people can't dance oh and then saying they can but they do this dance and then he dance how a majority of whites do on the floor. It was funny. Was stereotyping whites? Yes it was. So what most of us can't dance worth a crap. Why can't he say that. And you know what it was funny.
I picked Eddie and the white thing to hopefully get some response. I mean why do we look stereotyping is so bad when some of it actually applies because it is true of some or even a majority in the particular race or creed you are talking about.
