First---not all blacks are poor...you made that generalization, I didn't.
Second---Blacks have been particularly oppressed in this country.....It bothers me when someone from a historically disadvantaged group, like yourself, is unsympathetic to those who share the same boat....

since you have the inside track to black folks ryan, why don't you tell them to deal with their problems from the inside out. They have to fix their own culture before they get viewed upon equally with everyone else. There are no handouts, if you're fucked up you're fucked up, gotta take care of business before you can expect people to recognize you.

Tell that to blacks who are unable to get job promotions because they are black....although they work harder than many whites.....tell that to black voters who are disenfranchised because of white cops keeping them from the polls.....tell that to blacks beaten down and shot by white rogue cops.....

what about the blacks who get promotions becuase they are black? That happens more often. And have you ever considered that they might not be the best educated, lack vocational skills.
It is the blacks telling you that they were equally qualified, when I am sure that in some cases they are, in most cases I think that they are not. But who am I to judge becuase i dont promote anyone.
