Mr. X, my Yohimburn DF and R-ALA are on the way. Exactly how much should I take of each? I am 6'0 230 and want to lose about 20 lbs. Are there any dangerous side effects of either of these by themselves or from combining them? Thank you soooo much as usual.

No side-effects as I've said earlier....
rub 1/4 pippet of Y on areas w/ unwanted flab, i.e. lower abs/love handles. There are directions on the bottle if I'm not mistaken.

R-ala, take 100mg w/ 30-50mg of carbs.
