Ok, so i recently have been reading up on r-ala and decided to purchase some. I am already a big fan of ala and take about 600 mg a day. I am also on a very low carb diet- geting my little to no carbs a day. Will r-ala do anything for me or should I only use it when I eat carbs (you know.... it happens...). I appreciate anyone reading this and any advice you have!! thanks guys!!
