R-ala experts question for you?

Do my R-ala capsules have to be kept refrigerated after opening the bottle?

Or does the fact that it is encapsulated prefend it from turning bad?

You don't have to refridgerate them. Just be sure to keep them in a cool place. If you house gets above 80 degrees, then I'd stick them in the fridge.

Like JG1 says, no you don't HAVE to. But we are trying to get the "keep cool" message out for summer. People take the bottle with them and leave it in the car and r-lipoic melts at 116 deg. It gets to 125+ inside the car very quickly if your cars is in the sun so you end up with caps full of a yellow waxy material.
BTW Heat degrades all supps but this one is particularly sensitive.

How are you guys gonna go about shipping the r-ALA during the summer months? Ice packs?But then the product would have to be sent 2nd day, forget ground shipping. I'd imagine it get pretty damn hot in those UPS trucks.

They are claiming that it doesn't get over 100 in transit. We have to believe that until proven otherwise. They didn't mess any up last summer so I imagine it will be ok this summer. We will have to go to cold paks like they do when they ship it here from Italy if it starts to become a problem.
