r-ALA and Vanadyl Sulphate taken together

Through somewhat different methds they will both lower blood sugar levels.
When I was doing GH I took VS and ALA together in an effort to ellicit an "insulin like" response. Holy Fuck. It worked a little too well. I thought I was going to go into a coma and never come out. I started eating bread and drinking soda and finally snapped out of it. Horrible feeling. Never again.
Of course, even 50 mgs of ALA will make me woosy so I must be especially sensitive to it, whereas others can tolerate up to 500 mgs.
The ALA VS combo is a powerful one and I'm surprised more people don't use it. Start slow though and make sure carbs are present.

The safety issue with VS isn't just the lowered blood sugar. Vanadium is a toxic heavy metal. The standard 3 tabs of 7.5 "pharaceutical grade" (which was a bunch of BS) dosages that they used in the late 80's was quite harmful. I suprised nobody sued Bill Phillips ass. I'd cycle the stuff. Vanadium does not pass in the urine very well. It sticks round a long time.
How much time before meal should I take it
If one chooses to take Van. Sulfate and ALA do you take it before, or right at the meal, or after the meal? If before a meal, then how soon, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes? Thanks to all responses. Personally I have used both. Both make me really tired and coma like after I take it. Thanks again for any help.
