r-ala and bloating????

i was about to place an order for some r-ala when I happened to come across some poets saying that it makes some people bloat. I was wondering if theres people here that take r-ala and experience bloating with it? If so...how bad is it...is it really noticeable???

bloating has only been reported with RACEMIC ALA..

r-ala actually tends to have a slight diuretic effect (with respect to sub Q water)

That's correct...I have experienced a slight dieuretic effect w/ r-ala, so Macro is absolutely correct.
