250 is probably a good place to start....if this is a first cycle or if your doses have been pretty low in the past, I think you will see good results.
also, try some vitamin B5, it seems to be working really well for me, and I just started it a little over a week ago. take 3-5 grams a day for about a month or so. then 500mg-1g a day afterwards (if it works for you)
