I popped the top off of it and the whole metal piece came right off of it. Anyone have this happen before? the lot# is good on it and all.

thast strnge bro, QV vials seem pretty sturdy to me. Their rubber stoppers are top notch as well.

Doesn't sound right... Are you sure the cap wasn't glued on. The bottle could be legit but it could have been refilled.

Never happened to me, but I've heard it happening...(with legit stuff)

I have never had that happen to ANY of the QV products I have used...(and I have used plenty )

well this stuff came from a prett wel respected source and the lot # checked out and all. the meta top popped off but the rubber stayed on, maybe I am just so ridiculously strong that QV didnt take my thumb extensors into account! The lot # checked out , I guess I will just use it and see what happens.

If you have trust in your source then I wouldn't worry too much about it...
