Thats QV Deca! Trouble is it stinks as do QV EQ/Cyp. My friends and I have used a lot of each and got very weak results. I realize everyone loves it (though thats starting to change) but I would not touch QV/Tok. Go with human grade from Europe or Spectro.

Qv products dont stink.
Very good quality for the price. Maybe you and your friends got bunk gear thats why you didnt get results.
If you cant Import any gear from overseas Qv gets the job done.
