I'm about to start another SARMS-S4 cycle. I think being mildly suppressed helps me professionally because it keeps my head cleaner and lets me concentrate longer into the day/evening.
There's also no question it keeps me nitrogen positive, so I don't have to worry about getting a certain amount of calories (especially protein) every day. It's not like you can pull nitrogen out of the air, but it definitely lets you be a little less rigid about making sure you get enough protein.
