50-60mg/wk, 1-5wks for me. I've ran it 3 times. I've ran it for up to 7wks and the effects tapered off drastically after 5 wks. Results slowed way down after wk 4 even. Speaking from personal experience . So for you, 40-50mg/wk, 1-5wks at most.
As an athlete I generally do much smaller doses than others, so I used 20mgs/day for 4 weeks. I LOVED tbol!! I saw great results, esp strength, from this small dosage.
I agree but the last few times ive ran it (always as a kicker)i did 2 wks
at 60 ed and then 3 wks at 80 and just got harder and harder when it
was normaly hard to tell at 4 wks if it was still very active , but at 80mg
heart burn was a problem .
