Quick Sustanon Question???

I am going to be doing Sus at 500mg a week. I was wondering if there is any benefit to shooting 125mg 4 times in a week verse 250mg 2 times a week. I hear that there is some fluctuations in your natural hormones and while doing sustanon and was thinking a more injections may help eliminate this. I am sure someone else has asked this but i could not find it in this forum. Thank you

You do not need to shoot 4 times a week. Prop is the shortest ester in sust and it is a 3 day half life. some people frontload sust for like two weeks with every other day injections. A lot of people will inject 3x a week but the majority will do it e3d . that way as the prop 1/2 life is coming to an end they spike it again. remember sust was designed to only inject every 3 weeks to a month (non bodybuilder) so I think 2or maybe 3 x a week is fine. 4 is just an extra stab for no reason.
