quick quick quick, what to eat at an Indian Restaurant???

one of my co-workers(indian dude) is leaving , starting a new business down south...he is taking our department out for a late lunch in a bit, what should i order..im a meat and potatoes type guy.

I love the lamb dishes. You must have that Mango drink. It's really creamy and sweet.

If it's a buffet, you're golden. Indian food is really good. Hell, they can even make spinach taste good, and I HATE spinach.

If you're ordering off the menu, just ask your Indian co-worker for his suggestion. If you're a real gringo with strange ethnic foods, then just get a Tandoori Chicken with some saffron rice, dal (legumes -- lentils or chickpeas usually), and plenty of nan (flatbread) to soak up all the sauces and chutneys and stuff. And get the kheer (rice pudding with cardamom and rose water) for dessert.

im a hardcore gringo with food..i like it plain and simple..nothing weird.
