Yes they should be at the same time every time. ie - Every mon in the am or whenever you decide to take your first injection. Is it cyp or eth?? 250mgs is ok once a week but if you go to 500mgs you should split the injections up to twice a week or every 3.5 days. Hope that helps bro.

my first test cycle...i should be straight with just 250mgs ew dont you think? or should i just pump the 500mgs ew?
 
what are you r stats? usually 500mg s a wk is commmon for a begginer cycle, but i have heard of guys getting acceptable results with 250mgs.how long do you plan on running it?
 
For your first cycle I would only do the 250mgs ew for 10-12wks. See how you are after the 4th or even the 5th week and let us know. 250mgs should be plenty for your 1st. Stats?

im 5'10'' a little over 160. pretty low body fat...last time i checked i think it was at 8%. im hoping to get around 185lbs. what do you guys think?
 
No. It really won't make a difference, although people around here seem to think that cypionate's HL is two days for some reason beyond my understanding.

If you're talking quick-acting orals, then there'd be a significant difference.

Bro on 250mgs ew will be fine for you. If you eat eat eat and train hard, you will have the abiltity to gain 15-20 lbs. And with the correct pct, you can keep almost all your gains. Good luck!

any suggestions as far as pct? specifics like clomid or anything? what works the best.

Usually its clomid 50mg ed for 3-4 wks but quite a few reccomendations from a few good bros on here I'll be using dermacrine sustain along with hcg 500iu's every 3 days. You prob won't need any hcg as being on test 250 ew won't prob shrink your balls that much. But if it does, have some hcg on hand and use 500iu's e3d at the last two weeks of your cycle.

I think you should bump it to 500...do 250mg every four days...also have a good PCT setup, I would personally use an AI like AIFM or aromasin to keep bloat off...unless you want everyone to watch you blow up like a blowfish and know for sure your on AAS...have some nolvadex on hand to so you dont grow tits and good luck man! eat and train hard
 
it really doesnt matter if u shoot am or pm.

Bump it up to 500mg you'll be alot happier with the results

Uhmm, you do understand how to eat to gain weight correct? I just don't see why you are stuck at 160lbs. Are you following a trianing program or something you made up/found in a magazine?

250-500mg should be fine. If you decide 500mg, shoot 250 sunday night; wed morn or vice versa. You will gain ~10lbs of water fairly quickly without an aromatase inhibitor, face may get puffy, pants get tight.

You should have everything needed on hand before the first injection, 'cause running out or needing something halfway through is bad news.

clomid will work for you p c t. week after your last shot take 50mg ED for 4 weeks, doubt 250mg will shut you down too bad or need H C G. You should only need H C G if you notice your testicles withering away.

I have an emergency kit of sorts, just in case of sides. Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - , clomid, HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - , Femera - letrozole - , cabaser, a-dex, and AIFM. Haven't needed most of it so far, but better safe than sorry IMHO.

once again if your diet is in check and training is spot on why do you need to use more than 250-300mg of test a week for your first cycle?? if you cant grow from that with your first cycle then your doing something wrong..

from what I've heard, there is nothing that comes close to your first cycle. So lots of people want to maximize results for the first timer. Nothing wrong with doing a low dose, and I don't see anything wrong with doing a reasonably high dose, long as you are prepared for the sides.

If you can't eat enough good clean food, or use a REAL training program (not something you made up/read in a magazine/found on flex.com) that is based off GOOD, compound movements, not iso-crap "feel" the burn nonsense, then you probably aren't going to get results either way. If you couldn't put on muscle/strength naturally, then you aren't going to get any retainable gains b/c all you'll put on is water weight.

I've noticed lots of guys that can't seem to break either 160lbs or 180lbs that decide 'steroids must be the answer. This is incorrect, more food is the answer, or heavier weights. I know "some" people on this site don't agree with training with PL style heavy weights, and thats fine. But if you can't make progress on squats, deadlifts, and bench, then what exactly do you think you are doing? Obviously your body already adapted to squatting 135x3x8 once a week, start adding weight. Leg press, hack squats, leg ext, leg curl can't really accomplish what GOOD squats can. None of this 1/4" wobbly knee crap either; either squat all the way or go home.

I forget which ebook I read it out of, but 500mg testosterone enanthate per week is the "standard" first cycle. No one really knows why, its just parroted by everyone.

He should do fine with a low dose, I'm just impatient ;). I'd rather do a big cycle to get up to where I want to be, then worry about maintaining and dieting for a few months before another. Some guys like to do just 1 cycle a year, as a 'treat' to themselves, so they don't get used to it.

Muscles can only repair/grow so quick... 250 or 500.

All your doing is maximizing sides.
