Im estimating my bf right now... i can see the top 2 pretty well, and the next set has a little def. to it, any idea of my bf?

post a pic of yourself in the pictures of members section. other then that if you can see your top two abs then maybe your around 15% to 18%....... best i can do without seeing a pic of you.

If you can SEE them outlined, even the top two, you are probably 7% or less, maybe 6%.

when I can see my abs okay I'm around 10%, at 6-7% I am shredded, and all of them all bulging out, so I dont think hes that lean. 10-12 would be my rough guess

Pic is needed. I can't really see my abs, but the rest of me is totally lean, so I'm probably in the low teens.

i meant he should get his crap together before saying im way off !!!synpax said 6% or 7% BF, when he said he can see his top two abs and an outline of the rest !!!! get real, he is way off !!!!
I said 15% to 18% percent, which is a more realistic guesstimate.
