Retention of gains have nothing to do with dosage. That's PCT, training, rest, supplementation and genetics.

Keeping your gains is so much more about what you do OFF cycle than ON.
If you eat right & train insane while on you will get good results. If you lose motivation & fall off your routine while natty you can pretty much kiss your gains goodbye. Everyone with experience here knows this to be true. Nobody says that's easy since we all know its easier to train hard while on.

But to answer your question about retaining your gains from that cycle, it depends. If you are training & eating right while natty, then add this cycle, then do a proper PCT, then maintain the work ethic, Yes you can retain much of your gains.

If you havent been training hard & eating right but plan to when you cycle then you will most likely lose your gains as they will be as a result of AAS and not YOU.

if you do it right youll gain muscle and likely retain most of it. Most of the weight gained on a cycle is water and other bodily fluids, which will disappear when you get off. If you gain say 15lbs on a cycle MAYBE 3-5lbs is real lean muscle tissue, which is all you can really expect to hold on to. Whether you keep it or not depends solely on pct, diet, training, and rest after you get off.

yeah I should have been more specific... I had another post about my cycle...so i didnt feel like typing again lol thanks though

hahahahahahahah well I was in the Navy...I was a SEAL...now I am too old...I am just a business man :mix: I putting that as my bottom thing that you guys all have lol

You're never to old! Well at least I hope so.

But if you are nearing fifty you might want to check into hrt, hormone replacement therapy. You might be able to get a doc to give you a script for testosterone. Then basically you never come off so you don't lose anything. Wouldn't it be nice to have the same testosterone levels you had at 25?

I'm 53 and do my own hrt because I couldn't get a doc to give me any. I had cancer and that sort of excludes one from getting testosterone. Docs don't like getting sued so they err on the side of caution. Because I had cancer the docs are afraid of prostate cancer. But my PSA was only 0.4 so I didn't worry about it so much. I feel a lot better on test then when I was off. It's worth looking into. Now I do a blast and cruise program. I will cycle test and something else. Usually EQ or tren but sometimes NPP also. Then do a weekly or bi weekly dose of test.

You should look into it.

When I was in my twenties I trained with a LRRP. We used to take turns. One day I would carry him on my back and run the canyon and the next day he would carry me. That was our morning workout. Back then I trained 6 to 8 hours a day. Now I look back on those days and just can't believe how hard I trained. I'm sure you can relate having been a seal.

well I was thinking of doing that...but I was not a SEAL for very long )= I graduated high school in two years and graduated college in 2 1/2 years so just when I got out of college I was accepted into BUD/S because my dad was a SEAL also...some legacy thing...I got out of training at 20 and was a SEAL for only 4 years because the day I was coming home from Listeners COM my brother offered me a job for protection of his business...I always dreamed of having a Security agency...so now at the age of 25 I still wish I was a SEAL but now own a military contracting business which is intresting and never boring, but sometimes a bit of work but I enjoy it....I still wish I was a SEAL...best time of my life...the brotherhood and the adventure...Money is not worth giving up what you always wanted to be in the first place... )= ...i love my job though and it pays damn well but being a SEAL was a time not to forget...and there you go my life story on a thread lol (= sorry for all the rambling
