hmmm, for protein, i would aim for at least bodyweight X 1.5, especially while on cycle. protein synthesis is increased while on. as for carbs, aim for BW X 2 grams, whole wheat bread is ok, but variety is key IMO. try to get some low GI carbs so your insulin won't spike and cause fat gain. if you need some examples of low GI carbs, check out the south beach diet websites, they have food charts there that helped me immensely. to keep it somewhat lean, don't exceed 200grams of fat per day. i'm not sure how you lost 50lbs on ephedra unless you weren't eating, that sounds like HIV or something, lol.
creatine is good for some people, didn't do shit for me. i would save it for post cycle and use it with PCT to help you keep your gains. what do you have planned for PCT?
