Quick Question Please Help

hmmm, for protein, i would aim for at least bodyweight X 1.5, especially while on cycle. protein synthesis is increased while on. as for carbs, aim for BW X 2 grams, whole wheat bread is ok, but variety is key IMO. try to get some low GI carbs so your insulin won't spike and cause fat gain. if you need some examples of low GI carbs, check out the south beach diet websites, they have food charts there that helped me immensely. to keep it somewhat lean, don't exceed 200grams of fat per day. i'm not sure how you lost 50lbs on ephedra unless you weren't eating, that sounds like HIV or something, lol.

creatine is good for some people, didn't do shit for me. i would save it for post cycle and use it with PCT to help you keep your gains. what do you have planned for PCT?

While on the Ephedra, it supressed my appetite immensly, usally cutting me back to 1 or 2 real small meals a day. I was going to use Nolvadex for PCT, referring to the dosage amounts on the other parts of this site

Also, can I throw the epehdra into my current cycle without it affecting any strength/ muscle gains?
 
Dbol causes pain in the ankles like your saying, its caused by the blood flow to the area. 7 weeks is to long to run the dbol aswell, but if ya gonna do it you should atleast use some liver protectants like tylers. If you wanna combat the water bloat, then take 10-20mg of nolvadex per day
