Quick Question Please Help

Current Cycle (10 week)

7 weeks of DBOL 40 mg per day
10 weeks of EQ 400 mg per week
10 weeks of Omna 500 mg per week

Currently on 4th week, body weight from 170 to 198. Feeling some water retention. I see strength gains, but I would like to get more cut up. Do I add in say Anavar or something else, and when would I add that in to get cut and ripped. Also, one other question. While running for about 10 minutes, i can feel my ankles start to really tighten up as well as the joints in my elbow to tighten/ hurt after using it a little bit. Is this normal and what should I do to minimize this pain/ minimize risk of an injury.

is the nandrolone NPP or actual deca durabolin? just curious on the ed injects. most likely, the joint stiffening is from water retention. you could try adex at 0.5mg eod to combat that little problem. as for cutting, deca isn't meant for that, it bloats most people. cutting relies mostly on your diet and cardio.

Im sorry, that was a typo. Im not taking DECA, im taking DBOL
 
oh, yeah, dbol makes a lot more sense, lol. 7 weeks of dbol seems a little extreme to me, but some people like it. generally, 5 weeks is the most people go for nowadays, reason being is that the gains taper off around that time, not to mention liver toxicity issues. but cutting remains the same, diet is the most important factor, followed by cardio, anavar wouldn't really do much if the first two aren't in check.
 
How much cardio is recommended? I am still trying to put on more lean muscle, but it is hard with the large amount of water retention I have gotten from using the DBOL.
 
like i mentioned above, adex will help with the bloat issues. dbol is notorious for water retention and making cardio pretty damn hard. being that the injectable gear is starting to kick in pretty good at this point, i'd aim for 45-60 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning, at least 4X a week. low intensity cardio though, 65% heartrate is optimal for fat burning.

What about adding say Ephedra with the mix to maximize cutting. Would that be negative with strength and mass gains and conflict with the EQ OMNA and DBOL. Thanks for your help, this is my first cycle and I appreciate all the help.
 
no problem bro. ephedra is good stuff, combined with caffeine and a little aspirin is a proven stack that works well for cutting. ephedra will not effect your strength and mass gains at all, i pop 500mg of ephedra extract preworkout, gives me a little added boost.

Thanks, last question man, can I add in the ephedra right in the middle of my current cycle right now? I took ephedra before this cycle and went from 215 to 165. Hopefully I dont lose that much weight while on it (Took Stacker 3). Also, diet is high in protein, trying to hit 150-200 grams of it a day. Need to get better carbs though, my main carb consumption is whole grain wheat bread. Also, are NO2 and Creatine and anything else like that worth taking while im in my current cycle?
