Well, it's more towards his diet and those who have followed it. He recommends 2x bodyweight in protein, then satisfy hunger the rest of the way and not counting those excess calories and such. Just count protein. Anyway, it makes sense to me to use 2x your LBM as the number, and not your total weight. After all, why feed the fat. Did anyone else use their LBM on his program? It makes more sense to me, but I might be wrong.
