quick question guys..

first of all awesome site been readin on here for a while. i just got the ultra stack from AGX and i was lookin for a more personalized daily routine from someone that has experience here...i got the amplify lipoflame and raw mcc...i lift and do cardio after 5 days a week should i just do 4 lipo in the am(or 2am 2 midday) and amp pre workout? also how much mcc should i take a day? thanks for the help...

Omega would be the best man to ask for this. I like 9 caps of amp 1 hour before work outs.
 
thanks needto..ok so full dose of amp 1hr before workout..the lipoflame ill just do in the morning everyday i guess but i tried searchin for the raw mcc doses people are takin...a teaspoon before and after workout?
 
anyone wanna help me out here....

3-4 Lipoflame in the AM then 3-4 more in the afternoon on non-training days

6-10 Amp02 pre-training or 6 Amp02 + 2 Lipoflame (do not exceed 6+2 pre-training)

RawMCC pre or post workout on training days. Anytime on non-training days.

That's a killer stack. Keep us posted on your results :)
