quick question.. do you eat dballs at the same time or spread them out?

hey guys quick question ive been running 50mg's of dbol for the last week was wondering whens the best time to take it.. like should i eat all 50 in the morning or split it up like one in the morning one before a workout.. i was also thinking of throwing some test in with this.. which test would be the one to do

25 in am and another 25 1 hr before workouts seems to work best.
 
When I first used them, I used them as "pre workout candy" and took them all at once before workout. Sides were really bad when I did that. When I spread them out, the sides went down (less bloating [but still bloated], and no headaches). Try to do twice if not 3 times a day for consistent blood levels.
 
thanks alot guys .. also i have some milk thistle on hand its liquid form.. says 45-90 drops 3 times daily.. doesn't that seem like alot? and when should i start running the milk thistle... also with the hair loss thing no signs of it yet .. is it really obvious if its making your hair fall out? and at 50mg's a day what kind of size should i expect? i am 165 5 8 .. i eat very clean .. make sure i have lots of protein with every meal and i am lifting very heavy right now
 
I usually run 30 mg a day and ill do 10 mg when i wake up, 10 pre workout and then 10 before bed, i just like to space it out as much as possible because of the half-life.
 
anyone got some info on this milk thistle and when i should run it .. also my buddy wants me to run test 450.. for my first cycle isn't this a little to strong for my first cycle
