ok so im about to start my first cycle, which is var only. my question is when exactly should i start it?
I lift monday thru friday, occasionally saturday also.
if i start the cycle on monday, the day of my first lift, i will finish on a sunday.
or should i start taking it sunday, the day before my first lift, so its in my system?
i know the half life is only 10ish hours, so is it useless to start the day before i lift?
im sure this is probably a pointless question, but im curious
