Quick question about first test 500

I was going to begin a year ago at 160lbs but I bulked up instead, more than ready now to begin (200lbs, 5 10)

Week 1-10: Test 250 twice a week
Arimidex on hand in case of signs of gyno
Plan to use it Weeks 4-12, 12.5mg EOD

PCT 12-16
Forma (unsure of dosage)
Clomid 25mg/day
DAA

I wanted a simple test cycle without HCG, I've seen countless people do this cycle without problems, but I'd like more input.

Also, I have options for different test, which one is recommended best (E, C?)

The test (enanthate and cypionate) The atomic structure is just one molecule in difference so you won't be able to tell much taking either.
If you do need arimidex start with .25mg thats 1/4 tab EOD and adjust from there.
Personally i never take any if there isn't a problem, but! as the saying goes each one of us responds differently on certain compounds.
The use of HCG is not necessary It just provides a much smoother recovery, so it's really a no brainer not to use it after all the quicker the recovery be better chance of holding on to those gains.
 
Looks pretty solid for a first cycle. However on my first cycle, I only did 250mg total a week and had amazing results.

You could throw in some post cycle and unleashed during your PCT to ensure you recover fully and retain all your gains.
 
Looks like a good cycle for a first. That is actually almost identical to my first ever cycle (PCT and all) Goodluck!

For forma, what dosage is sufficient? Or should I scrap that?
 
I don't think hcg is a must but I'd use some hcgenerate on cycle to make the transition to pct easier and minimize atrophy. For the forma just follow the directions on the bottle exactly and you will be fine.

No need to go 500 on first cycle, i ran 250 on my first and had awesome results and thats after 10 years of natty lifting. Understand that 250mg of test a week is ALOT more then the human body produces natty.

Would you say that you had better results than most because of the 10 years of natty lifting? Or are the results with 250 that sufficient for a first timer?

Also, is that 125 twice a week?
 
yeah i would say i got good results because i knew how to train and eat. Back then it was 250mg once a week (that was years ago). When i do test E in my cycles now I shoot twice a week. Its up to you how many mg to do on ur first cycle, google it and you will see that many peps grow on low dose first cycle.
