im about to do some clen jsut want to make sure i got everythign down before beginning.....
start 20mcg 1st day then go up to 120-140mcg a day..HOW SHOULD I SPACE OUT THE PILLS WHEN I START TAKING MORE THEN 1 A DAY?.2 weeks on 2 weeks off...the other question i have is i do my training in the mornign as soon as i get up...and on my off days i do my cardio as soon as i get up...should i wait till after i do these before takign the clen?my cardio i do in the hot florida sun everytime so i was thinking it may be a bad idea to use clen before cardio..THANKS
