What's a good, wholesome, meal that can be whipped up and eaten in a matter of about 15-20 minutes and give me all i need for the day?
I am trying to consume at least 2300 calories a day on a 50/30/20 diet.
I normally just have a 3 egg omelet w/ american cheese and a tall glass of OJ.
I need something else to add in here to give me what i need. Thanks.
