quick morning meal

What's a good, wholesome, meal that can be whipped up and eaten in a matter of about 15-20 minutes and give me all i need for the day?

I am trying to consume at least 2300 calories a day on a 50/30/20 diet.

I normally just have a 3 egg omelet w/ american cheese and a tall glass of OJ.

I need something else to add in here to give me what i need. Thanks.
 
What do you mean by "all i need for the day" ?

I am eating this for breakfast:

7 egg whites
1 egg
30/ 40 grs oatmeal
1 scoop Whey
1 tbs flax seed oil
 
Get.... get my day started.

I need a good filling breakfast so i won't starve until lunchtime at school... and will be enough for my body to function well when working out.

1 cup oatmeal
5g psyllium husk fiber
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites

Power breakfast... preparation, consumption, and clean-up... all in under 5 minutes:

2 cups milk
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal (do NOT cook the oatmeal)
2 big scoops of chocolate protein powder (preferably a tasty one)
1 banana
1 heaping tablespoon of all natural Peanut Butter

Blend it all up on high speed for a minute. Drink that bad boy. Clean up you lazy bastard!

Fast, cheap, and easy to make... loaded with nutrients AND it tastes badass. try it...
 
When you say uncooked oatmeal... how does that work?
Just take a cup and eat the stuff dry? :confused:

Mr.X... this psyllium husk fiber.... can i find it at any corner deli or is it hard to come by?

p.s. I think he means you just eat the oatmeal w/o cooking....where it only takes 1min to cook it, so I would cook it

Yup... dry & uncooked. But don't eat it... mix all of that stuff together in the blender... there's nothing wrong with injesting "uncooked" oatmeal. In fact, all cooking does is make it absorb water (or whatever you're using). I find that using dry/uncooked oatmeal in these shakes makes 'em have a much more favorable taste and consistency vs. using cooked oatmeal. I know it sounds weird, but just try it bro... you'll love it... later
 
Take a bowl (big for us big boys!!)
Pour in Granola
2 scoops of protein
top off with nonfat yogurt!
stirr well
(you might want to stir the protein with the granola first then stir again after adding the yogurt to get a better consistancy)

This makes an awesome breakfast. Use Nlarge in their when bulking!!
