Quick insulin question

i use 12iu slin PWO and i drink 10g glutamine 10g creatine and 100g dextrose 5 min after inject and then 80mg whey protein 20 mins later then 2 hours after inject i have a full meal. i wanna start the pre breakfast slin shot also what do i do after? the same thing? i dont have time to wait 2 hours to eat breakfast

I would do your shakes the same way,,,and eat a meal 2 hours after injection. So essentially YES the same way.
 
do you morning shot the same way your doing your P.W.O shot. No need to change whats working. Rememer the larger you get the more food/calories your gonna need. Insulin is the cats meow my friend!
 
the problem with too much in the early am is that the common working man is off to work and that can be problematic. Start small like 6iu's of humulin n in am, then 6-8 iu's of humulin r at lunch , then 6 of humalog fast acting pwo. This approach allows steady levels to keep driving the glucose into the muscle cells, and lowers the chances of problems at work, and you are usually off in the evening to drive humalog fast acting a little more aggressive and be able to eat at will.

That sounds like way too much work! Good luck keeping it up.
