quick fina question...when to boil

i read two different fina instructions on basskiller's site and was wondering if i should heat up the pellets and solution before i add the oil

Heating up the pellets and solution just speeds up the process of breaking them down. It isn't needed.

I use a 100mg/cc kit and I heat up the pellets and solution before I add the oil. Heat increases the solubility of the magic solution, and I just want to be absolutely sure that all the tren dissolves before suspending in the oil. Doesn't hurt, so why not???
