i am really trying to kick my ab workouts into high gear and i have noticed lately i am doing abs frequently and it feels like i am getting i good workout but they are not too sore the next day. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what routines/exercises you do to get good soreness. Right now i am hitting them every other day about 15 min, mixing high and lower reps with weight. 190 11-12%bf
