when you split up the doses do you need to get them all in before your afternoon workout or no?

How hard is it to swallow some little pills a couple times a day? Now if they were the size of the mega men I would agree. With the half life so short keeping your levels stable I think would be more important.BigCracker said:Maybe not-but at least he doesn't have to stare at the clock all day worrying about mixing his next dose. It cracks me up when guys train w/ a Bowflex 20 mins/wk and are on the Nesquick/Banquet Frozen Dinner diet-yet they're all concerned with taking their pills spread out evenly throughout the day? It kinda reminds me of how people are with religion. They adopt the easy parts that suit their lifestyle, and convenienly ignore the stuff that requires more time and effort.

actually it will matter somewhat, peak plasma with DBOL is 60-90minutes after taking. this would also mean peak androgenic CNS activation.
