If her diet is good and providing she's been training regularly
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
She will need to supplement taurine to avoid taurine depletion. She will also need Potassium as well as magnesium for any cramping that might occur. Plenty of water too. Start off low say about 20mcg day then as she's more tolerant of the effects she can increase. I wouldn't go higher than 80mcg max though.
Well, I hear about T3/Clen together, and as T3 can cause permanent damage to the thyroid if used incorrectly, I was just wondering. Haven't tried either together myself.
