I've been doing 5x5 for about 4 weeks -- so far, so good. Last night I did chest and bis. For my 5x5 bench press I only got 5, 5, 5, 4, 4.
Should I increase the weight next week and at least go for 5x3, or should I stay with the same weight and try to get all 5x5??
Please help!
