OK, as you all know (well, those of you that read/replied to my thread, entitled 'Blair got shitfaced...") I had my first "encounter" with alcohol/being inebriated last week.
Well, I can't lie...It was great. A few of my friends told me I was more "relaxed" and more "like I used to be" that night, than they'd seen me in years.
So, here are a few questions, considering the rest of my "lifestyle."
1)Are there any steroids (or any drugs, other painkillers, which I know do...) that have EXTREME adverse reactions when "mixed" with alcohol? By "EXTREME" I mean you'd say "Blair, NEVER do this."
2)Although I had no hangover, and appear to have quite a high tolerance (I've been told this could be to my healthy lifestyle--diet, size, vitamin/other supplement intake, water intake, etc.), but I'd really "never like to get a hangover," or feel like shit the next day (or during), so, what are some tips? I konw that after rolling (X), 5-HTP is a good idea...what do you take after a night of drinkin'?
**I drank 2-3 big glasses of water before going to sleep, and took 2 Advil. Throughout the night, I'd still sip some water in between drinks, to stay hydrated. I drank around twice as much water as usual the next day, too, and ate REALLY clean, and took double the vitamins/minerals I usually do.
