Questions on when to start my cycle

I have a couple of questions some of you may be able to help me out with.

Stats: 29 years old 5'11" 212 lbs.

Last year I started out about 185 pretty lean and now have naturally bulked up to 212. I would say my bulk was a success, but now I have a layer of fat around my torso. (typical of a bulk)

My calorie intake ranges from 2800-3800. At this point I'm not gaining a lot of weight anymore just about a pound every week to other week. Basically I was eating like I was on AAS taking in 396 grams of protein, 322 grams of carbs, and 94 grams of fat a day. I feel good, full, and my strength is great.

I'm just not sure what to do from here at this point. Should I start my AAS cycle now and just keep the same diet of 4000 calories? My body leveled off with this diet so if I hit the juice now will it help lower fat and gain size? I'd hate to start a cut now that I feel so damn good. Just seems counter productive. Or should I cut like 10 lbs of fat and hit the juice after but i'll have to lower my calories like a mofo and I don't want to lose size.

Shit guys thanks for reading, and please try and give me a few options on what you would do based on my situation.

Do you know what your body fat is?I would try to lean down a little first.

My best estimate is as follows:

@ 185 lbs. I was probably 12-13 percent.

@ 212 lbs. I'm like at 17 percent.

I'm gonna be ordering some items from 4rxHealth like Arimidex and Aromasin. Adex for bloat, Aromasin for PCT. I already have Nolvadex, HCG, and Clomid. My dosage will be TestE 250mg E5D, so I might not need the Arimidex, just in case.

My point is, it might be a good idea to use this wait time to lean out a little like you said until it arrives. What do you think about my bodyfat percentages? I'm just waiting for someone to tell me I don't need to cut because it feels like a waste of time. Although it makes sense if i'm gonna be bulking for 3 months on juice. What do ya'll think.

you could bulk up try to add on 20-25 pounds which may be possible since its ur first cycle....then cut after that...

Thanks for the reply, just got back from the gym.

This morning I started cardio for 25 minutes (low intensity) burned about 350 calories. And reduced some carbohydrates with 2-3 of my meals. Maybe this will lean me out a little, like the calm before the storm, until my ancillaries arrive. I might jump on a fat burner in the meantime while I'm at it.

I just want to do this right. I've been researching AAS since '07 and been patiently waiting to start. Does propecia really help with the DHT side effect of the steroid if taken concurrently?

Up and if you run a clean diet ie don't eat shit. Since it is your first cycle there is a real good chance you will deff drop bf% as your new found muscle eats the shit out of it.

seems to me you did it right pct in place an ai on hand, nice easy cycle teste every 4-5 days is perfect...i say go ahead, at 17% bf, you will gain muscle mass which in turn will burn bf. my guess with good diet and training would be 15lbs and drop a few % bf after 12 weeks i would take that:chomp:

Right on. If I'm standing upright and sucking in a little, I have a nice flat stomach. haha Only when I sit down and slouch over does it look bad.

Cool thanks for the info, I just kind of needed the green light on this. Who knows, I might lean out a little while I'm waiting for 4rxhealth. I sure hope they come through for me and I don't get some letter instead. :mad:

Yeah my diet is pretty fucking rediculous. (Clean) I might have to take you up on that offer bro thanks.

I'm eating a variety of clean foods that taste so damn good, I'm like a garbage disposal. So glad I waited until I perfected my diet and training before considering AAS. It's just impossible to know until you just keep researching and trial and error. Especially training, it ain't bullshit. You have to really figure out what works and what doesn't. Not only that, but work out all the kinks in your body and get your joints up to par.
