This was a small gym at my friends school, I wonder if they will listen to my suggestions.

bigkraut, remembering the stunner ultra gave him a week ago, sneaks up behind ultra as he stands in the squat rack and blasts him between the shoulder blades with a sledgehammer. Bigkraut then drags ultra into a tanning room, gets him up on a tanning bed and gives him a pedigree. bk then closes the tanning bed on ultra, chains it shut, and drags it outside and pushes it in the path of an on-coming monster truck being driven by George Spellwin. The monster truck rolls over the tanning bed and parks on top of it. George then hits the cd player in the truck and Triple H's theme blares out of it as bk raises his arms in victory!

you know the candy machines that are at the entrance to grocery stores? well, instead of gumballs in those, they have a-bombs for 25 cents a pop at my gym.

it's great.... helps me get a good pump.
