1. so they will come back again and you never know when there will be a quiet night and you want their money.
2.£10 an hour over here, doesn't vary on amount of fights etc. but do it on christmas and new years eve and id doubles or trebles.
3.Sometimes never, sometimes 15 times a night.
4.If you are actually on the door then it will have to be very often for a variety of reasons, you just need to watch how the experienced ones handle it.

1- I work in a hole we let everyone in,if a drunk comes I will pull the dress code thing which fucks with them but they leave.
2- I make 50 a night and 10-15$ bonus if I have to scrap or do backback shit
3 at my shithole about 10 times in the last 5 shifts getting physical as in fighting twice.
4 only if they are drunk when they come,not to often every few weeks
5 walk them out nicely once ,the second time throw them through the fucking door head first they will learn not to come back in.
6 I cant call police so I wouldnt know

All nighters are tricky in UK you get a lot of riff raff at 3am and there is lots of drug related activity . You can earn £100 a night working 8pm to 6pm
