Questions about my next cycle

Hi guys,

I have been off gear for about 6 months, but I am now on week 2 of BD Winstrol and have been taking 80mg a day, alone.

I am going to come off the winstrol in about 2 weeks and start some test prop at about 600mgs a week for 4 weeks.

How often should I inject at that dosage? also I am going to take 1mg of armidex a day throughout the 4 week cycle.

Also I am very prone to water retention, should 1 mg of armidex neutrilise the estrogen build up, to ensure that I do not retain water.

Well, at least with me, when I start to get over 150mg of prop I start getting the test flu from it. So how you handle the prop would determine how often you need to inject to get 600mg/wk. But with prop I prefer to inject eod if possible.

I was thinking 200mg injections on mon, wed and fri with weekends off?

Also is 1mg of armidex a day good enough to ensure estrogen levels are neutrilised to normal levels?
