On the advice of a friend in town, I've started my first cycle. Here are my stats:
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 193 lbs
Age: 25
Lifting Experience: 2 years steadily
I've been going through supplement after supplement and just don't find that they're giving me results like I'd want. My diet is as clean as possible, given that I've virtually eliminated fast foods, processed foods, and other garbage for over a year now. I recently finished cutting for 5 months on a high protein intake of around 1600 cals a day - which shaved off a large quantity of body fat I'd accumulated. Now I'm bulking up, taking in about 3000-3500 cals a day in clean foods (about 300g of protein, 350g carbs, and 90g fat daily).
Anyway, here's the cycle I was recommended. I've done several searches and some agree with it, while others disagree. Either way, I'm only 1 week in so it's not too late to modify as needed.
Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - - 1 cc every 6 days
testosterone cypionate - 1cc every 6 days
These two for 10 weeks, then:
Winstrol - stanozolol - 1cc every other day for 20 days
