I just started the modified version of crum diet (thanks crum!!) and had a few questions. On workout day's (3 H.I.T. per week)
I want to drink an ultra fuel DURING workout. That's 100g of
carbs. The ONLY other carbs I take in on workout days are 50g
oatmeal upon rising with whey shake (water). I did mention this
to be the modified version since I just finished a cycle. I gained
a total of 35lbs!!! Currently 285lbs, 6"5. I will do this (mod) diet
for the next 6 weeks without a cheat day. I then go to florida on
vaca. I will try not to go too crazy while away. When I come back,
I will do the original diet for the next 8 weeks probably while on
some EQ. Will the ultra fuel hurt?
