Will someone tell the newbie how to give out k? MYWAY showed me the k button but when I hit it, it won't let me give any. I feel bad because people keep giving me k and I can't give back. I need to get back to work in a few. Can someone help me? Do I need to change a setting somewhere or something?

You don't have any karmic power - so that might be why you can't give any...

You have 0 karmic power. You have to get a little more before any will be given. Still you should be able to hit the k button and give 0 karma away with the little karma notes. When you hit the karma button, does it take you to the top of the page? sometimes ef malfunctions that way. It did that to me when my stupid ex bf changed our cable internet to dial up. After I got cable again, I didn't have that problem.

I can answer the ER question. It's a little bit the same but not really. They fight with each other about the same shit but the docs aren't ever really that hawt.

I gotvha. Ive only ever been to the ER a few times. I was taught never to use the ER as a main source of medical care. Unfortunately when you go in there you see the clientele - people with no insurance or medicaid seeking treatment for routine illnesses. not a great place for quality care IMO

Yeah, hospitals pretty much suck ass. That's why working in the field is the shit. We only have to worry about (usually) one patient and can treat them however we need to without the "mother may I" setting of en ED or clinic.
