hi, im too lazy to run but i wanted to do some sort of cardioish/endurance exersises
so im doing pushups, 20, 19, 18, etc till 0 with like 30 second breaks.
do u think this will interfere with mondays workout? i have shoulder press and bench on monday.
since its endurance it wont interfere much will it?
