Do any of you happen to have that gut type thing on your lower midsection...its not fat...it just bulges out a little...no matter how much ab shit i do this is always here...wtf...go away....anyone know how to get rid of this shit plz help!! =) karma will be distributed
 
im at under 12%...not much more i can loose in a bulking cycle and its not fat like i stated b4...it hard muscle but it just sticks out....
 
Tom's right...you can do all the ab work you want, doesn't mean you'll lose the fat over your abs. The only way to see those abs is to lose more fat, diet and cardio are the key.

doesn't that area tend to go away in the last stages of contest prep?
 
I know what your talking about, just below the abs. I'm pretty lean right now and if I have eaten recently it still pokes out. Maybe you are a little bloated either from water or gas, or maybe you just have a full stomach when you notice it. At 12% it may not not make such a huge difference for you. Don't sweat it too much yet, just keep plugging away. The more fat you lose, the smaller it will get.

Yep...fat comes off pretty much reverse of the way it came on. And usually people store fat there first, so it comes off last. Onerep may have something there though, it could be some water weight, just keep your sodium intake down for a little bit, and maybe you'll see a little more of those abs in a few days.
 
bah...guess its gonna stay then...creatines helping me a pretty good amount...up to 500 on leg press check the journal if u wana =P
