I know what your talking about, just below the abs. I'm pretty lean right now and if I have eaten recently it still pokes out. Maybe you are a little bloated either from water or gas, or maybe you just have a full stomach when you notice it. At 12% it may not not make such a huge difference for you. Don't sweat it too much yet, just keep plugging away. The more fat you lose, the smaller it will get.
