This may be a legal question, but I think that anabloic board answers a lot quicker.

This is just an example. I do not sell steroids and do not know of anyone (personally) that sells steroids. I would never sell either due to the penalties a person could suffer.

Example: Person A sells Person B a deck of cards for $100, as a bonus he throws in a bottle of Test. (All fictional).

Question 1: is this considered selling anabolic steroids. In all actuality you are giving the person the Test for free, although charging a premium for the cards, but everyone is always charging a premium for something to make money.

Question 2, if question 1 is true: If caught, would that be a misdemenaor, or whatever state law you are in, for containing anabolic steroids? Far less than for getting caught selling I would imagine.

Any thoughts?

Sidenote: I never intend to plan on selling anything illegal, but like I said it was just a question.
