opinions on pec shots ,ive tried tri's delts and quads ..thinking of tryin pecs but not sure,its test pro that i would do

Ive done pec injections of test prop many times before and have had no problems. Just make sure you know where to inject, cause if you stick it in your nipple it hurts a bit
