Was wondering does anyone see anything wrong with this:

I have been dieting clean for a week now, high protein, low carbs, lots of water. I do weights 6 days a week and 1 hour of cardio a day with most of the one hour doing intervals.

So tonight, I went out to Friday's and had jack daniels chicken and their brownie obsession for desert. I know it's bad but if i'm eating clean all week and pushing myself soo hard at the gym, is it ok to have one cheat meal once a week if needed????

Ontop of it i was craving chocolate for sooo long now b/c of the stress from sooo much schoolwork and sooo much work study for my LSATS :(
 
Even if you were getting ready for a show, one meal a week like that is still OK up until about 4 weeks out.
