What do you call it when you're doing a set and you continually lower the weight without resting?

drop sets, or strip sets.

if you are using dbells, you could call it "running the rack"

Drop sets...I like to use them on my last set of a body part. They demand a lot of repitions and do a great job of exhausting the muscle.

When you use dumbbells and go all the way down to like 5's or 10's they call it "Running the Rack"
