Epic? No, but I'll most certainly check it out. I'm looking for a decent pre and post workout supplement that would be most effective for a female.

Holy shit.

I came across a few different 'Epic's.

They have Epic Nutrition, Epic Neonate, Epic protein, and some dietary-type. Epic Neonate is designed for foals and/or horses.

Which one did you mean?
