If I take a Win/Equ stack with a goal to put on a little lean mass, but more importantly shed some body fat should I increase my food intake?
Right now I'm 195lbs at 13% BF I'm eating about 2500-2800cal with 180-210g of protein on my workout days and about 1800-2000cal with 160-180 protein on my non-workout days.
