Question to Pat Arnold or regarding estrogen rebound

Pat I know you are coming up with a product that can reduce
estrogen rebound after a 1ad/ 1 test cycle. I unfortunately did
not take an anti e when I did a 1 test cylce back in December.
Some four months later I experienced hair thinning on head
and body "no hair loss" which I now assume to be due to this
estrogen rebound. My question is how long should it take for
the estrogen levels to return to normal when one hasnt taken
an anti e. And on a selfish note should the hair get back to
its original thickness in due time, when hormonal levels balance
out.

The post cycle anti E, as I understand, is to keep your estrogen levels lower because of your lower testosterone levels and the unbalanced ratio, not because of elevated estrogen levels.

I took an anti E at the end of my cycle. During the last 3-4 days of tapering down my 1AD cycle and a week after I finished I was really lethargic and sleepy. I attribute all of that to my low test levels and figure I felt better when test levels returned to somewhere normal. My cycle was at the recommended dosage of 3 weeks.

Another question for Pat, I'm going to do another cycle, a little longer with 2 bottles. How long should I wait between cycles of 1AD, and does that include my anti E cycle of around 2 weeks? (should I be doing a longer anti E cycle?) Thanks.

Ah yes, the dreaded estrogen-rebound hair thinning phenomenon. That's too bad about your body hair thinning out, I'd give it a couple more months, and eat lots of egg yolks, by then you should have a nice thick shiny coat once again. Good luck, boy.

First of all, hair loss is not an estrogen phenomenon. Second of all, your estrogen levels are not elevated per se after a 1-AD/1-test cycle - your androgen / estrogen balance and your estrogen sensitivity are.

With the anti-estrogen you restore the balance by reducing estrogen and simultaneously raising androgen levels (hopefully)

your balance probably will restore itself in a few weeks. By then you will have a developed a nice pair of titties and a pathetic little limp wee wee. Just kidding

Wow, I guess you thought my reply was serious. I thought it was quite apparent that I was using a pretty hefty dose of sarcasm. What with the "dreaded estrogen-rebound hair-loss phenomenon" and the "thick shiny coat" and all. Where's your sense of humor Pat?

He was being kind to me, and answering my question.

I just have no idea why my hair has thinned on my body and
I was guessing that a change in my estrogen balance may
have triggered it, anyway thanks for the replys, Ill keep guessing
