Question splitting up Clen doses...help

i dont get what your saying? Ive done 140mcg befoe i dont no about 4 or 5. But alot take it once a day since the 1/2 life is so long. its not neaded to split up

my bad i meant pills not mcg...so that would 80mcg, 100mcg, etc....sorry about that...2 in the morning, 2 in afternoon?....all 60 or 80mcg in the morning?.....thanks in advance

I never split it up. I just took it first thing in the morning so I dont have insomnia. 20 mcg increments are best to test your tolerance. As far as usage, some take it straight for 4-6 weeks, some do 2 weeks on 2 off. I've been doing a variation of 2 days Clen, 2 days Ephedrine, I'm in my 2nd week and its the method I'll stick with. Its working well.

Same here. I got up to 240 on my last couple days on my 2 week run, and didnt want to go any higher.

I'd split them up evenly throughout the day..doing one dose at high mcgs will give you some seriouse shakes off the bat...

That's what i was thinking...Ill prolly do 40 mikes in the morning and another 40mcg 5-6 hrs later or so....thanks again guys
 
As recommended Here is what I am doing

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg

I am on day 7 and will take 80 mcg tomorrow morning after my post work out shake 8am. I get really shaky around 10:30/11:00 am and to be honest, I love the feeling it gives me. I don't understand why I am going to taper down but I am going to follow it. I am going to the ECA stack during the off two weeks.
 
I'm up to 140mcg/day. I take them like this,
40mcg 5:30a.m.
40mcg 8:00a.m.
40mcg 11:00a.m
20mcg 1:00p.m.

I take the last one at 1pm, so I wont be up all night. But more often than not it makes me tired more than hyper. I guess its because the raising in body temperature, just like when its hooooot outside I get sleepy as well.

funny that you say that, I was actually able to doze off when I was shaky !!!
 
my prob is, I dont wake up until around 830 or 9am...so i pop 2 then i wait until around 3pm. I guess Im a bit scared to go past 80mcg, maybe I will If i dont have ANY side effects after a couple days on that dose...thanks guys
