I'm up to 140mcg/day. I take them like this,
40mcg 5:30a.m.
40mcg 8:00a.m.
40mcg 11:00a.m
20mcg 1:00p.m.
I take the last one at 1pm, so I wont be up all night. But more often than not it makes me tired more than hyper. I guess its because the raising in body temperature, just like when its hooooot outside I get sleepy as well.
